Using games, music, and much creativity, kids will explore their mind and body in a fun and safe environment. Kids Yoga helps develop coordination, flexibility, strength, and body awareness. Participants balance their minds through relaxation, breathing, and imagination activities.
Participants increase their knowledge and abilities with locomotor movement, balance, and articulation. Students gain knowledge of creative movement in addition to technical skill in the area of focus (i.e. West African, Ballet, Salsa, Contemporary, etc.) Residencies are designed and tailored specifically to your wants and needs.
